• Astrooptical determination of          Universal Time by monitoring
• Satellite-based coordinate and time-domain measurements by GPS/GLONASS signals
  • Monitoring of global and regional geodynamic phenomena by means of the Earth rotation parameters determination Service
  • Integration of centres of national and international geodynamic monitoring networks
    • Development and certification of procedures of precise geometrical, coordinate and time-domain measurements
    • Verification of GPS/GLONASS navigation and geodesic receivers
