  • Standard description – GOST 8.403-80 «State system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements. Special state standard and state verification schedule for means measuring relative dielectric permittivity of liquid, solid  and gaseous dielectrics in the range of 10 – 107 Hz»
  • The standard consists of:
    • standard system for reproduction of the relative dielectric permittivity unit of solid and liquid dielectrics on the frequency of 103 Hz starting the capacitometer, low-frequency signal  generator GZ-109, selective microvoltameter B6-9, a set of sample cells and means of its thermostat control
    • Measuring means of linear sizes of dielectric reference materials – toolroom microscope BMI -1C,   altimeter Tesa
    • A set of standard reference materials of liquid and solid dielectrics
    • standard systems for estimated variance of relative dielectric permittivity in the frequency range of 10 –103 Hz and 103–107 Hz
    • computer equipment
