- The standard consists of:
- four standard systems for reproduction units of the relative dielectric permittivity and tangent of dielectric losses in the frequency range of 1-78,33 GHz, starting measuring instruments of the module of factor of transfer and reflexion R2M-18 оr R2М-40 depending on a range of frequencies, frequency multipliers, a set of measuring resonators and means of its thermostat control, reference measures of the relative dielectric permittivity and tangent of dielectric losses
- Scope of application:
- information telecommunication technology and electronic engineering (optoelectronics, radioelectronics, acoustoelectronics, optical and microwave communication, hardware components of microelectronics, nanoelectronics and quantum computers)
