    Name – State primary standard units for the complex dielectric permittivity in the range frequencies from 1 to 78,33 GHz GET 110-2010

    • Purpose – Reproduction and keeping units of complex dielectric permittivity   in the range frequencies from 1 to 78,33 GHz and transferring of the units size by working standards to working means of measurements for metrological assurance in accordance with the State verification schedule of GOST R 8.711-2010

    • Standard description – GOST R 8.711-2010 «State verification schedule for measuring instruments of relative dielectric permittivity and  the loss tangent in the range of frequencies from 1 to 78,33  GHz»
    • The standard consists of:

    – four standard systems for reproduction units of the relative dielectric permittivity and tangent of dielectric losses in the frequency range of 1-78,33 GHz, starting measuring instruments of the module of factor of transfer and reflexion R2M-18 оr R2М-40 depending on a range of frequencies, frequency multipliers, a set of measuring resonators  and means of its thermostat control, reference measures of the relative dielectric permittivity and tangent of dielectric losses

    • Scope of application:

    – information telecommunication technology and electronic engineering (optoelectronics, radioelectronics, acoustoelectronics, optical and microwave communication, hardware components of microelectronics, nanoelectronics and quantum computers)

    – new materials and chemical technologies (microtechnological, nanotechnological, glass, ceramic, composition materials and polymers)

    – fundamental scientific research in condensed matter physics.
